4D Slots Game Unveiled at Tropicana Atlantic City

The slots world has plenty of 3D games. But Tropicana Atlantic City has now unveiled the first 4D slots game.

Sphinx 4D recently debuted at the Tropicana. This slot machine uses a camera that measures your hand gestures and lets you draw on the screen.

One example of how this works is when you draw a circle with your finger without touching the screen. This then changes the background from day to night. It also sees the wild symbol go from a lion to a snow leopard.

Another example is how you can draw a hand on the screen and watch flowers form on this symbol.

If you draw an infinity icon, you’ll see a butterfly appear. Five butterflies trigger a bonus round.

Where does the 4D Slots Aspect Come In?

Sphinx 4D makes it look like you’re drawing shapes that are right in front of you. This is where the 4D aspect comes in, because it’s more than just onscreen elements having dimension (i.e. 3D).

Interestingly enough, Tropicana Atlantic City was also a pioneer in the 3D slots world. And it was Sphinx 3D that introduced them to three-dimensional technology.

Golden Nugget Introduces Live Dealer Poker

Another interesting development in Atlantic City involves Golden Nugget launching Casino Hold’em for online gamblers.

Casino Hold’em is what’s known as a live dealer poker game. Going further, online players can sit at home and enjoy a live poker atmosphere.

Live dealer casino games have been popular on the internet for years. But Golden Nugget is in New Jersey’s regulated gaming market.

And New Jersey only legalized and regulated online gaming in 2013. This means that internet casinos are still in the early stages of developing new products.
